Park City, UT provides quite a few dining opportunities to satisfy your needs. No matter whether you`re looking for European or Mexican food; lunch or dinner, you`ll have something to suit your taste buds. Below you will find a sampling of a few of the restaurants you should try during your stay in Park City.
Several Mexican restaurants can be found throughout the Park City area. Nacho Mama`s is a favorite local restaurant in the Prospector Square area, with delicious enchiladas and fish tacos. If you`re closer to town, try Baja Cantina, beside The Lowell condos at PCMR. Staying at or near Kimball Junction? You shouldn`t miss Loco Lizard Cantina, a family restaurant with quick service and plenty of free house-made chips and salsa.
If your family wants to experience Asian cuisine, the town has a couple of nice options to pick from. Wahso restaurant, one of Bill White`s celebrated Park City restaurants, offers a well crafted menu with an Asian influence. Shabu is another great choice; sample the sushi bar or choose from Asian inspired cuisine off the dining menu. Although The Last Samurai is a little outside of the middle of town, it is definitely worth the short drive to experience the table-side chef prepared restaurant environment.
When your family is in the mood for Italian, take a look at Grappa, a renowned restaurant situated at the top of Park City`s historic Main Street. Should you want something not so fancy, Cisero`s is just a few steps down Main Street and features a dance club downstairs, making for a fun night of dining and dancing. If your party is lodging outside of town or willing to consider the free bus to Kimball Junction, Ghidotti`s Italian restaurant is also a great pick for dinner. The antipasto and seared sea scallops are so tasty, you will be really challenged to save room for dessert!
Park City has a number of pizzerias to satisfy the Friday (or Thursday, or Wednesday) night pizza hankering. Order a pizza from Red Banjo or Davanza`s, both authentic pizza parlours right on historic Main St. in Park City. Maxwell`s is also a fine choice, serving up east-coast style pizza in the Newpark area of Park City. These three dining establishments deliver straight to your house, condo, or hotel upon request.
When in PC, do as the locals do; try some fresh sushi! Many local establishments roll top quality nigiri, sashimi, and maki for a healthy, satisfying snack following a day of adventure. On historic Main Street, Flying Sumo and Yuki Arashi are two Park City highlights you shouldn`t skip. Another top choice is Blind Dog, conveniently located in Prospector Square, which has been featured often for it`s top-notch sushi bar.
Remember, travel is a perfect time to make memories and explore attractions you may never see again. Select one of the establishments outlined above, and rest easy that your dining experience will be memorable!
