Things To Look For In The Women’s Shoe World During The Upcoming Year

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

At the beginning of a new decade it’s hard not to get excited about the new fashions that are going to come along. Ten years ago, who could have imagined the changes we’ve seen on the fashion front?

Trends can change dramatically over just two or three years, so it’s best for us to concentrate on what’s most likely to be coming up next.

Let’s take a look at the hottest styles 2010 has in store for us. We’ll concentrate on women’s shoes, if that’s alright with you, because I just love them and writing about them is a pleasure for me. Wearing them is a big pleasure, too!

My cupboard’s just bulging with shoes. Here are a few of my current favorites.

Right now, any Christian Louboutin creation is ‘in’. I especially like the reptile leather designs. These are a little flashy but have plenty of personality and make a big impact in the best possible way.

The Roberto Cavalli ankle lace is a fun style in boots. Laced around the ankle, these glossy black leather boots have quite a high heel. They’re more versatile than you might think, as they can be worn with various styles of outfit.

Thigh-high boots with heels have recently emerged on the scene. These are not the easiest things to wear but they create an amazing look for anyone who can carry it off.

Lastly, Hunter rain boots have made a big comeback. A nice pair of Hunter Wellies is a practical and stylish alternative to the sneakers most of us tend to wear in wet weather.

Not only do these boots keep you in fashion, they’re also very easy on your feet, which puts them at the top of my list for rainy days.

The Most Delicious In The Category Of Underground Refreshments

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

I don’t mind admitting that I drink more soda than is good for me. Cola is the big one for me and yes, I’m addicted to it.

The thing is I don’t stop at cola; I like all beverages of all flavors and can’t wait to try anything new that comes onto the market. I love trying out obscure brands too, and have found a few firm favorites this way.

You know what really bugs the hell out of me? when the list of ingredients includes such things as corn syrup and high fructose. These have been processed so cannot be called natural ingredients.

I’m going to let you in on some of my favorite soda. These are lesser known brands which are every bit as delicious as the super brands but just don’t have the recognition.

If you are a root beer drinker, the best that I have tasted is manufactured by Virgil’s. This is a really delicious, refreshing drink and it had won numerous awards at festivals and competitions.

From the same manufacturer comes the wonderfully named and utterly delicious black cherry vanilla cream soda. This has a sublime flavor and so deserves to be better known than it is.

Remember what I said before about real sugar? Well it’ll come as no surprise that one of my favorites is Boylan’s sugar cane cola. This is a fabulous tasting cola made in a traditional style which I’m sure you’ll enjoy as much as I do.

Last but certainly not least are the delicious green tea infused drinks that Steaz make. The fruit flavors combine with the green tea to create a soda unlike anything you will have ever tasted before. There are so many varieties available that you are bound to find one that you like. Orange, lemon & lime, root beer and raspberry are just some of the flavors you should try.

This author additionally frequently shares knowledge on topics such as alphabet cookie cutters and custom rubber stamp.

Why A Binoculars Harness Won’t Disappoint You

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

When you bought your new Nikon binoculars, you opened the box, took out the binoculars, and hooked on the neck strap. You threw it over your head and were excited at how well everything worked. Even out in the back yard giving them a try everything felt great. Then you headed out on your first adventure. Your binoculars bounced, they swung, and made you grab for them many times during the day. Not everyone has this problem. Some people fix the issue by getting a Nikon Prostaff binocular harness. It is no fun needing to use your hand to control your binoculars when you are out trying to enjoy yourself.

When you use a binoculars harness the bouncing and swinging is gone. Even as you race across a field on your ATV, the binoculars stay in place. You can check traps, scout out hunting grounds, and spend a day hunting, and your binoculars stay in place. You need to be active, you want your binoculars to stay out of the way, but ready. Putting them away is not an option. You know as soon as they are put away, will be the exact moment you need them most.

As your binoculars swing, bounce, and move they add to the pressure being exerted on your neck. You try to adjust, and soon your neck is aching from the days efforts. By choosing a binocular harness strap your neck is protected. The weight is against your chest, supported by your shoulders. You adjust the harness for the perfect feel. Your neck is not stressed, it remains feeling good all day. Put away the massage oils and creams, just prevent the neck ache in the first place.

It is not just a matter of comfort, those new binoculars can be damaged very easily. As they bounce around and swing they are vulnerable to damage. Just one wrong swing and a lens could be broke, or the casing damaged. You want to protect your investment. The best insurance is to stop all the swinging. A binocular harness will stop the issue very quickly. Your binoculars are both safe, and easy to use. Being perched in the middle of your cheat makes them easy to grab, and ready for use.

After you have invested in great binoculars, your next investment should be in a high quality binocular harness. It will increase you enjoyment, and help protect your investment for many years.
